Delivery Services

We offer several delivery options across the UAE to ensure timely and efficient service:

Express Delivery (1–3 Hours)

• Available in Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah

• Delivery Fee: AED 30

• Free for orders over AED 450

Standard Delivery (2–5 Hours)

• Available in Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah

• Delivery Fee: AED 30

• Free for orders over AED 450

Extended Delivery (Within 12-24 Hours)

• Available in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, and throughout the UAE

• Delivery Fee: AED 30 for orders under AED 450

• Free for orders over AED 450

• Orders must be placed before 2 PM for same-day delivery; otherwise, delivery is scheduled for the next morning.

Order Cancellation Rights

Within 7 days, you can cancel your order without giving a reason:

After receiving returned products, refunds will be granted via the original payment method within 14 days, with no penalty for refunds.

Conditions for Returns

• Product packaging must be authentic.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized Goods

• Perishable Goods or those with an expired date

• Unsealed items due to hygiene or health safety

• Inseparably mingled goods after delivery

Note: We may reject returns that don’t fulfill requirements.

Sales: Items must be purchased at the regular price to be refunded. Except as required by law, sale items are non-refundable.
